Shuttersisters.com

After a week of beta testing the live site, all looks well. Shuttersisters.com is now officially propagating -- which in English means you can stop using shuttersisters.squarespace.com. :)

Please update any bookmarks to  www.shuttersisters.com as this will help with our search engine optimization and social networking links. You can also subscribe to our feed at http://shuttersisters.com/rss.xml -- but we'd honestly prefer you to drop in to the actual site every now & then and be part of our community!

If you cut and paste the url http://shuttersisters.com/rss.xml into the "add subscription" field in Google Reader, it will work. I'm not sure about other readers like Bloglines, though.

You will see in your subscription list "home" not "Shutter Sisters", though.

Hooray, now I have successfully subscribed to the site. It also called my subscription Home instead of Shutter Sisters. You should be able to rename it somewhere (sorry that's not very helpful). I renamed it in my RSS reader. The images don't show up in the reader though, just the image name and I would love to see the image in the reader.

I subscribe to a lot of feeds and will always visit the site if I want to leave a comment and I'm sure I will be participating lots with this site. It looks great and has promise.
