Bloglines

Many of you have reported troubles subscribing to our feed via Bloglines (thanks for letting us know, BTW!)

We believe this may have been caused by attempts to subscribe before  the domain shuttersisters.com  was actually pointing here. As a result, Bloglines couldn't find a feed and may have marked the site as what's referred to as a no-follow.

We've attempted to contact Bloglines and have this corrected to no avail. So, we thought perhaps if they received more than one report of the issue, we may actually get this resolved. If you have a Bloglines account, we could use your help! Here's what to do:

Go to http://www.bloglines.com/contact and send the following message:

For some reason, Bloglines will not let me subscribe to a valid feed.

      My username is: [your username]
      The site URL is: www.shuttersisters.com
      The feed URL is: www.shuttersisters.com/rss.xml

      I appreciate your assistance.

Thanks, and hopefully this will be resolved quickly!
Krystyn

I managed to successfully subscribe through Google Reader, but it shows up as from "home" rather than from "Shutter Sisters". I'm supposing that's because the directory on permalinks is the /home/ folder?

It's not a huge problem but somewhat bothersome as I forget who "home" is and am confused for a moment, reading posts from different authors. I'm sure I'll get used to it if it can't be resolved.

I've also had email that I've sent to click@shuttersisters.com bounced back to me over the weekend.

Okay, I emailed 'em. I hope they can fix it because I use and love Bloglines. Here's hoping.

I managed to subscribe through bloglines but it says "home" instead of shutter sisters. I'm still able to see when new posts appear as (1) but I have to click over to see the actual thread. I'd be happy to send an email.

I use Spokeo, (which I like better than Bloglines!) and it comes up just fine, although it is listed as "home" as well. I changed the name to Shutter Sisters after I entered it into my reader.

Perhaps the feed is set up incorrectly so that the title is "home" and not "shutter sisters"?

Don't know if this is related, but now www.shuttersisters.com shows an under construction page?

@kerflop: Tracey was fixing the email issue an inadvertently deleted the record that points the site here. It's fixed now, thanks for letting us know. :)

@Shama-Lama Mama: You can access the feed with or without the /home -- but you will need to click to the site to see the full posts with images and comments.

Hope this clarifies!

Love is like a butterfly. It goes where it pleases and it pleases where it goes. http://www.replicas2u.ru/replicas-iwc-cousteau-divers-406.html
When you are young, you may want several love experiences. But as time goes on, you will realize that if you really love someone, the whole life will not be enough. You need time to know, to forgive and to love. All this needs a very big mind.http://www.shoes4cheap.biz/mario-bruni-shoes-for-cheap-1628.html
