On Saturday morning, my husband and I went to downtown Detroit to work on drywall for Peaches & Greens. Peaches & Greens is going to be a fresh produce market in Detroit, which is the only major city without a national grocery chain.

I wrote on my blog that it just feels so good to be a part of something so much bigger than myself and to contribute to meeting such a huge need in Detroit. Especially when I get to work with my husband. We both have a heart for Detroit, and we're both excited to see how God uses us there.

Anyway, the next morning, I noticed that the blister I had gotten from the drill was in the shape of a heart - reflecting the reason I got the blister in the first place.

Today I don't have a found heart. Instead I have a photo of my nephews. The other day we were trying on my daughter's Marilyn wig and I caught this moment between the boys - my older nephew, Chance, was watching his silly brother, Casey, and he had the sweetest look on his face - sort of a I-love-that-goofball look. This photo makes me smile.
