What is this all about?

 The One Word Project is regular feature here at Shutter Sisters. YAY!

How does it work?

It's a monthly community project where we offer up a unique word (every month gets a new word) that's up for visual interpretation of the photographic kind by YOU.

How do I participate?

Capture photos that translate the word of the month and add them to the Shutter Sisters One Word Project Flickr pool. Please tag your photo with the word of the month and the name of the month and OWP.

So, what's the word?

For January our word is nurture.

As we tend to those that need us in Haiti through auctions and chip in efforts close to home, we also hold our own family close. In partnership with the Mom 2.0 Exhibit in Houston this month, we are celebrating what we do as women. We care for each other. And it's a powerful and inspiring thing.
