Sundays, don’t you just love them? The slowing down, a hot homecooked breakfast, or maybe a trip to your local donut shop for something sweet. Gathering around the table, a newspaper, maybe some knitting, a book. Your favorite mug with something steaming in it. Perhaps a day or worship or gathering family for a meal. Or maybe a day spent lingering in your pj’s. ๐ I love Sunday stories and capturing them in my lens. These shots above are from a few years ago and they still make me smile. My little ones were really little here. (the old days of sippy cups. my youngest one is even sitting in a booster seat for goodness sake! so small… sigh.) Acting silly grabbing the newspaper and hiding behind it. Looking at these shots takes me right back, I think I can even hear their giggles.
What does your Sunday story look like today? Click and share. XO.
the shots are so cute!
we spend our sundays lazily in our pjs with pancakes for breakfast most weekends.
yesterday we spent much of the morning at the table, her drawing, me sipping on a hot coffee and both of us chatting.

Favourite day of the week, absolutely. Sundays are getting outside when weather permits – here's ours last weekend:

Sundays around here are lazy, but the laundry gets done. http://flic.kr/p/bdmJeK
Sundays are lazy around our house. Especially after an evening filled with family.

These are just adorable shots!
Your shots look so warm! We could use a little warm right now.
It wasn't a typical Sunday morning around here.

This is so cute. Now i wonder, do kids secretly think if adults are just hiding behind the papers when we read them? haha!

We had our snow day today in seattle…so I did a little quick walgreens film shoot/develop to capture it.
My Sunday's story is all snow and birthday celebration and, of course, giggles. It's about the stacking of small amounts of snowflakes and our deep appreciation that they even arrived on our tiny island at all. http://www.babybythesea.net/2012/01/weekending-2012s-first-snow.html
I love Sunday mornings ๐ It's a fantastic, relaxing day. Knowing that you had a great Saturday, Sunday in my house is an early breakfast and some time out in the sunshine. http://www.nationalchristian.com
what a great series of photos – sure to bring back memories.
i love Sundays. I started a "Sunday AM" series a few years ago – they're some of my favorite photos. i'm the only one in the house so there's not the laughter and giggles but what is on my breakfast table tells a story.
this Sunday I started my first knitted hat.

Love the photos!! So precious!! I tend to have mixed feelings on Sundays. I notices a sinking feeling that it's the last day of the weekend and there's Monday just looming over me. Sometimes it causes me to miss moments like this.

Sunday morning for us means getting up before sunrise and in our kayaks on the lake, quiet and peaceful with nature all around us.
