  20. My husband and I made a point of satisfying our travel bug before we recently started a family. During those trips, I captured our adventures through countless photos. Today, I treasure those photos (as I treasure all of my photos). Each time I look at them, it takes me back to that particular day, on that particular trip – when it was just the two of us – enjoying it just being the two of us and not knowing yet the joy that lay ahead of us with the start of our young family.

  36. Wow, what a fabulous quote! I can so relate to that. Photography is definitely a way for me to run away, to have a little break from everything. When I look through my camera lens I see things differently, everything is more interesting, the details come to life.

    Photography helped me so much after my last move, when I had to leave New York to go back to Switzerland. Seeing things through my camera lens just made everything seem more beautiful, brighter, and less overwhelming.
