twinkle

December 10, 2011 By Paige Balcer

There’s a constant twinkle in his eye that speaks volumes. It says “I’m up for anything and loving life”. He is learning fast and exploring constantly. As he grows, I am right there watching him watch the world. This is our first Christmas as a family of three and I look forward to starting new traditions that will carry us through a lifetime. And even though he doesn’t understand the signifigance of the holiday season, it’s more important than ever for me to document it through photographs. I’m sure the spirit of the season will only brighten the twinkle in his eye and I plan to capture it as much as I can this month.

Do you know someone who lights up a room? Share your photos with us!

My little guy! Never a dull moment! The photos aren't as polished as I'd like since he's a constantly moving target, but he does twinkle with joy.

The heart-tug of turning around and finding he's now an unbelievable three years old:

There's always so much going on, or so much love, that this boy lights up any room.

My little Kai (15 months old) who recently learned how to 'shhhh" people, as this picture shows. He always runs into a room with such authority and a huge smile!

and our niece Kate, Oh but she's full of energy and joy! I don't have too many pictures of her because we're usually too busy playing for me to take any!

Here's she driving the boat with her dad.

What put the "whole population of Paris in commotion," as Jehan de Troyes expresses it, on the sixth of January, was the double solemnity, united from time immemorial, of the Epiphany and the Feast of Fools.http://www.digbbc.com
